Year-to-date totals for 2025 showed 19 land use permits issued, including 4 new homes, 4 alteration/additions, 8 accessory structures, and 3 commercial and other permits. This compares to 24 permits issued year-to-date in 2024 and 17 year-to-date in 2023.
Several land division applications remain under review. Twenty-four short-term rental permits have been issued for 2025. The report noted several land use permit applications are in progress, with many questions arising regarding zoning and setback requirements.
