Northport Eagle aggregates publicly available local government meeting minutes, agendas, and packets from across Leelanau County, Michigan — at the County, Village, and Township level. Artificial intelligence is used to create concise summaries and tags to aid in searching.

Methodology

Publicly available minutes and other documents are summarized using a large language model that produces a short, factual summary highlighting key decisions, action items, and public comments. Every article on the site links back to the original source document so you can verify the summary and read the full record.
