The Council amended the agenda to add an item appointing Amy Peterson to the DDA, then approved the amended agenda (Ayes: 6, No: 0). The Planning Commission's 2024 report (VSB-2024-56) was accepted by roll call vote, Ayes: 6, Nays: 0. Staff reports were presented. Council member Christensen requested an opportunity to discuss the law enforcement contract at a future meeting and praised the street sweepers for their work.
