Summary

A site plan for a construction office on M-204 was reviewed and approved by motion from Hawley, supported by Ihme; the motion carried. The Master Plan status remains pending information from the Zoning Administrator. The Commission discussed several ordinance items without taking action: Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and FROGS, where Dotterweich suggested revisiting parking requirements at the March meeting; Solar and Wind ordinances, for which Burton had circulated information by email on other townships' ordinances, with further review planned; Off-Street Parking requirements for multiuse buildings, to be revisited and refined; and Shipping Containers, on which no action was taken. Commission members had no further comments beyond a lighthearted note that no bets were placed on the Super Bowl game.
