Radke noted that a well and septic permit, driveway permit, and floor plans, validations, and elevations are still needed before the project can proceed.
Zoning Board of Appeals: Dotterweich reported no meetings are currently scheduled.
Master Plan Status: Dana Boomer of the Cypher Group authored updates to the Master Plan, emailing the latest version (dated 5/14/2025) to Roman. Roman briefed the new ZA on the update's history.
