Zoning Administrator Tim Cypher reported permits issued for two single-family dwellings, several accessory buildings, and one commercial structure; 35 phone calls and 39 emails were responded to, and 8 construction site inspections were conducted. Dotterweich reported no Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are scheduled. The Commission also reviewed a punch list of upcoming ordinance topics, including Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)/FROGS and solar and wind regulations, to be discussed at future meetings.
Financial Summary
The Zoning Administrator's report noted that $640 in permit fees were collected during the reporting period. No budget votes or allocations were discussed.
Action Items
Chairman Roman is to edit the Accessory Buildings ordinance language to incorporate additions and corrections made by Commission members; no action was taken at this meeting.
