The Commission continued review of Zoning Ordinance v5.1 items. On keyholing (Item #3), Ihme distributed a handout for discussion and will bring a finished version to the February meeting. Accessory buildings (Item #4) prompted no discussion. On shipping container use (Item #5), members discussed condensing the language into table form; Hawley will consult the county inspections department on existing regulations. Members agreed that three proposed ordinance items - word meaning, fences, and keyholing - should be finalized for approval at the February meeting, with a public hearing possibly scheduled for March.
