Summary

The Township Board reported accepting a bid from Elmers, in excess of $90,000, for repaving of the parking lot.

- Public Hearing Review: Commission members discussed the hearing; minutes will be sent to the County for approval.
- Master Plan Review: Zoning Administrator Tim Cypher emailed the first couple of chapters. The Commission plans to work on portions each month; Chairman Roman noted public input sessions are generally not fruitful. Cypher will provide Chapters 3 and 4 for the April meeting.
- ZO v5.2 Items: Roman suggested combining and tabelizing items on accessory buildings, shipping container use, and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)/"Frogs." The Commission decided to address accessory buildings and shipping containers in April, and to handle ADUs/Frogs separately.
- Ordinance punch list item on solar and wind was not addressed; no action taken.
- Township Board also discussed reappointing members to Boards with expired terms, the new State of Michigan sick time policy, and insurance renewal.
Financial Summary
