Infrastructure Projects
Supervisor Laureto reported he is still working with American Tower on a payment issue related to a cell tower; the company responded that it is working on the matter and asked for patience. Clerk Laureto reported the new ADA-accessible threshold for the front doors has been installed and the locking mechanism is fully functional.
Other Business
Brendan Mullane, LCRC Manager, and Jim Calhoun, LCRC Vice Chair, presented a 2024 Road Commission report covering budget, state funding, and vehicle acquisition. Due to lack of Sheriff's coverage for road closures, the board discussed the 4th of July Parade and Running Bear Run with Mullane, who said the Road Commission may offer support; the Clerk will follow up with Mullane and contact the NPS for possible assistance. Trustee Hawley reported the Planning Commission continues work on Accessory Buildings and Accessory Dwellings. Fire Chief Ferguson reported 54 calls in March, a structure fire in Empire on March 21 that destroyed a detached garage without damaging adjacent homes, and attendance at the FDIC International Conference to explore options for a future ladder truck purchase.

Cash on hand as of 3/31/25: General Fund $1,134,504.34; Emergency Services Fund $3,733,291.20; GLFD Debt Service Fund $109,858.29; Park Debt Service Fund $1,488.21; Fisher Lake SAD Fund $49,654.37; Tax Collection Fund $11,160.40. General Fund bills totaled $22,212.45 and March payroll was $22,544.48, approved unanimously. Emergency Services bills totaled $149,870.15 and March payroll was $131,368.76, approved unanimously.
Action Items
