Mr. Jenuwine requested the Board hold off on discussing marina dock pedestals; no action was taken.

Supervisor Shaw reported receiving a letter from Senator Peter's office noting the Cherry Bend Trail Connector Congressional grant request advanced to the next round. Trustee Lautner suggested looking into acquiring a pedestrian bridge being removed from the State Park for use in crossing M-22. Fire Chief Keith Tampa reviewed routine fireworks permit applications for the Boom Boom Club Fourth of July event and the National Cherry Festival. MOTION BY TRUSTEE LAUTNER, SECONDED BY TRUSTEE DARGA, to approve the fireworks permits and logistics, with Chief Tampa overseeing both shows, passed unanimously.
