Larrea reported that soil samples have been taken for the dredging project, and the Invasive Species Network visited the water wheel park stream to identify invasive species. Bid openings for the Bathroom project drew six bids; a special meeting will be scheduled to accept a bid, with construction targeted to begin in July and be enclosed before winter.
Other Business
Bahle moved, Smith seconded, to install two dedicated staff parking signs at the Village office with posted office hours (Report VSB-2026-09). Perkins had suggested using a cone with a sign instead to reserve the space, but the motion for signage passed, Ayes: 4, No: 1, Absent: 2. The Planning Commission gave no report.
