Summary
The Glen Arbor Township Planning Commission met on February 5, 2026, with Chairman Lance Roman presiding. Bob Hawley, Bob Ihme, Andy Dotterweich, and Lance Roman were present; David Burton, Bill Thompson, and Bob Berlacher were absent. The Master Plan status remains pending, awaiting information from the Zoning Administrator. Ordinance items reviewed included: Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and FROGs, where Dotterweich suggested the Commission consider parking requirements, with no action taken; Solar and Wind ordinances, for which Burton had emailed a list of townships' relevant ordinances, with no action taken pending further information; Off-street parking requirements for multiuse buildings, with no action taken; and Shipping Containers, with no action taken. Commission members had no comments beyond a note that no bets were made on the Super Bowl game. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
