Planning Commission (Todd Nowak) scheduled a public hearing next month at 6:45 pm to review B1 and B2 ordinance zoning amendments under Article 8 (business district). Zoning Administrator Scott Sheehan/Tracy Olsen reported land use permits issued to Sutfin (new home), Jersey Junction (pole barn), Perry Abbenante (boardwalk), and Jacquelyn Westbay (new home). Sheehan cross-referenced Granicus's STR list against permit holders, finding 30 permits issued to date, one improperly issued permit, and one property with duplicate permits due to a quick sale; he will distribute a list of unpermitted STRs and current permit holders.
