Bill Schaub presented Netlink proposals for cyber security updates and server replacement. The Board approved maintenance items not to exceed $45,000.00 and monthly security costs of $371.25, on a motion by Clerk Preston, seconded by Trustee Lautner, passing unanimously.
The Board approved a new hall rental policy adding a $100.00 security deposit and a new reservation form, following reports of damage and key issues, on a motion by Clerk Preston, seconded by Trustee Lautner, passing unanimously.
Fire Chief Keith Tamp reported SCBA replacements are needed next year; grants have been applied for, and if unsuccessful, the township will need to budget for the replacements as part of the Capital Improvement Plan. No vote was taken.
