Jenuwine requested authorization for up to $5,000.00 for a preliminary engineering study to assess layout, costs, grants, revenue, and return on investment. On a motion by Trustee Lautner, seconded by Trustee Darga, the Board unanimously approved the $5,000.00 expenditure.
Jenuwine withdrew a request to clean the Brewery Creek retention ponds, stating they had been cleaned recently. He reported selecting Anavon as the security camera provider for the Brewery Creek storage area, with costs remaining within the previously approved $25,000.00 budget.
Other Business
Supervisor Shaw noted he submitted a written report. Clerk Preston announced that budget work would begin this month. Under the Planning & Zoning Report, Trustee Lautner expressed disagreement with a zoning ordinance amendment allowing a moratorium by resolution, as approved by the Planning Commission. Planner Sarah Clarren stated the amendment was pursued on the advice of counsel.
