- Zoning Administrator's Report: Zoning Administrator Tim Cypher announced he will not renew his contract when it expires in April. Bob Ihme is working with Township Supervisor Tom Laureto on replacement recommendations. Members noted Cypher's expertise will be missed.
- Zoning Board of Appeals Report: Dotterweich reported no new appeals, and noted that the Connelly appeal was lost at the Court of Appeals.
- Master Plan status: Chairman Roman is to review the Master Plan with the Zoning Administrator and staff.
- Ordinance review: The Commission completed work on the ADU ordinance, finalizing proposed changes to allow ADUs and "Frogs." The Commission discussed solar and wind provisions and decided no action was required, removing the item from future agendas. The Commission also reviewed off-street parking language for multi-room commercial use and decided the existing ordinance was sufficient, removing that item from future agendas as well.
