Regular Meeting (Zoning Administrator’s Report April 2025)

Executive Summary:

1. Permit Summary:
– A total of 4 Land Use Permits were issued in February 2025.
– The permits included the construction of a single-family dwelling, a new detached garage, the conversion of an existing screened porch to an enclosed space, and the removal of an existing non-conforming deck and the installation of a new patio.
– The total fees collected for the permits were $490, bringing the year-to-date total to $760.

2. Other Activities:
– There were no Zoning Board of Appeals proceedings, sign/home occupation inquiries, or special land use permits during the month.
– One single-family residence, two additions to single-family residences, one garage addition, and two decks/porches were approved.
– There were no property line adjustments, land divisions, driveways, commercial construction, stairs/landings, boathouses, or solar panel installations.
– Nine construction inspections were conducted, and there were no pending violations or investigations.
