This document is the Kasson Township Zoning Administrator’s Monthly Summary for April 2025. It provides an overview of land use permits issued, ongoing projects, and other zoning-related activities. The summary includes details on permit numbers, addresses, property IDs, permit categories, owner names, issue dates, municipalities, current project descriptions, fees, and check numbers.

A total of eight land use permits were issued in April, with total fees collected amounting to $700. The permits covered a range of projects, including new accessory buildings (pole barns), storage condo units, single-family dwellings, additions to existing structures, demolition and new garage construction, and site preparation for home construction. Notably, some permits were reissued for updated dimensions or square footage.

However, there was one SFR, addition to SFR, garage addition, driveway, accessory buildings, and commercial construction activity.
