Executive Summary:

Section 1: Land Use Permits Issued
– The Zoning Administrator issued 6 land use permits in July 2024, bringing the year-to-date total to 25.
– The permits covered a variety of uses, including relocating a modular home, constructing a garage with a workshop, converting an existing building to mixed-use, and installing two greenhouses.
– One temporary and monument sign permit was also issued.
