**Executive Summary**

**Task Force Composition and Appointment**
In response to the Village Council’s motion on January 24, 2023, a Task Force has been established consisting of five village residents. Among those appointed by the Village President is Marc Oberschulte, a local resident with prior experience in government and funding research, who expressed a strong interest in contributing to the Task Force’s objectives related to research and grant opportunities for the village.

**Upcoming Council Meetings and Approvals**
The council is set to meet to review several agenda items including approval of previous meeting minutes, financial allocations for various community events, and public comments. Key proposals include authorizing funds for sidewalk repairs and street striping, as well as requesting a public hearing on the Snow Plow Policy and other ordinances on April 25, 2023. Additionally, there will be a public hearing concerning the FEMA Leelanau County Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan.

**Wastewater Study Task Force**
