Executive Summary:

**Survey and Design Plans:** Wade Trim provided a survey estimate of $9,800 for a topo survey along the trail and road. They also quoted an estimated $70,000 for 30% design plans, which includes wetland delineation and geotechnical work. The LCRC initially declined cost sharing for their road work.

**Brewery Creek Blight Grant:** The Township is seeking clarification on the eligibility of reusing salvaged light poles and fixtures for the Brewery Creek Blight Grant. The contractor quoted an additional $3,250 for salvaging and delivering the poles. John Gallagher has no objection to the change and Adam Robach has stated that they are agreeable with the activity, the total reimbursement must stay within the approved grant amount.

**Marina and Fire Department Updates:** Mid-State Asbestos Removal Inc. provided a bid of $3,400 for asbestos abatement work at the Elmwood Township Marina. The Elmwood Township Fire and Rescue Department is requesting a budget amendment of $7,000 to switch to a new RMS (ESO Solutions, Inc.). The Personnel Committee recommended interviewing Harbormaster candidates and proposed a wage scale update for marina and buildings and grounds workers.

**Dockwa Marina Management Software:** Casey Tines of Dockwa presented the Dockwa software to manage the marina operations. The costs are broken down as follows: Contracts Module – $5,034/yr, Storage Module – $5,034/yr, Setup fee – $1,499 (waived-for month of March).
