**Executive Summary: Monumentation/Remonumentation County Representative Agreement**

The Contractor must maintain a valid Professional Land Surveyor license and adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including nondiscrimination policies. The agreement is set for an initial term from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with provisions for renewals and termination with a written notice.
