**Executive Summary**

**Meeting Overview:** The Empire Village Council held a work session on April 10, 2025, at the Empire Township Hall. Key attendees included council members Bacon, Chase, Davis, Dye, Rademacher, Skrocki, and Walton, along with Clerk Smith. The meeting addressed various topics including agenda approval, public comments, department head reports, council member reports, approval of minutes, rules of procedure updates, short-term rentals, new business, and public and council member comments.

Kathy Benner and Wendy Peplinski were reappointed as co-chairs of the Beautification Committee. Council members agreed to revisit the STR discussion in May and to address seasonal worker needs at the Regular meeting.
