The March 6, 2025, meeting of the Glen Arbor Township Planning Commission was called to order by Chairman Lance Roman at 7:30 PM. All members except Dave Burton were present, along with Zoning Administrator Tim Cypher. The agenda was approved as presented, and there were no conflicts of interest or correspondence reported. The minutes from the previous meeting were approved. The Township Board had discussed various topics at their February meeting, including reappointing positions on boards, rental charges for facilities, a parking lot repaving bid, camera installations, and insurance renewals. Regarding the Zoning Ordinance, the Commission decided to focus on accessory buildings and shipping containers in April, while saving accessory dwelling units and ‘frogs’ for separate consideration.

The Commission also reviewed a punch list of ordinance items, including solar and wind, but took no action due to time constraints. Cypher offered input on the font size in the sections being tabelized. No public comments were made during the meeting as there was no audience present.
