Section 1: Meeting Overview
The Empire Village Council held its regular meeting on June 25, 2024, with several Council members, the Clerk, Treasurer, and DPW Superintendent present. The meeting was called to order, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Palmer.

Section 2: Agenda and Public Comments
The agenda was amended to remove the Wade Trim proposal and the Water Rate Study presentation, as well as the sign ordinance. The Council received various public comments, primarily regarding the Short-Term Rental Committee and related ordinances.
